I have setup LVS using Ultramonkey with this structure, http://www.ultramonkey.org/3/topologies/hc-ha-lb-eg.html, but I don't have a hot-standby linux-director. I tried to stopping heartbeat, but I can't do it. /etc/init.d/heartbeat stop is not working. Also if I restart my linux DR, it hangs on "Stopping High Availabilty Services:" Finanlly it shutsdown after long time, like 30 minutes. Is there a way to stop heartbeat instantaneously when the command is issued? |
