[lvs-users] lvsdirector and client on the same system?

I've been googling for an answer without really getting anywhere, so
instead I did some tests last night - as far as I can work out, it's not
possible to have an LVS client on the same system as the
director/balancer ?

For instance - have a service at 127.0.0.1:53 for balancing dns lookup
requests between two (or more) servers.
