That's because ldirectord doesn't manage IP addressing, just LVS. You
need to make heartbeat bring up the IP address on the "public"
interface, or simply configure it by hand.
Note that if you do choose to use heartbeat, make sure you have two
defined nodes in the heartbeat cluster even if one of them is a dummy.
