We have three servers with weights 10, 30, and 40 respectively.
Occasionally, one of them will go quiescent for a moment and then be
restored a moment later. When it is restored, it gets weight 1, which
completely throws off the load distribution.
When an RS is restored, is there a way to have it automatically go back
to the weight it had before it went quiescent?
