is

ipvsadm -A -t 211.1.1.1:80 -p 30

(here setting the timeout to 30 sec)

I'm not sure why you're having trouble while Malcolm isn't.

I don't know anything about RTSP. The wikipedia entry wasn't 
helpful. I assume from your problems, that multiple tcp 
connections are required.
