Thanks for replying.
You were absolutely right.
In my /etc/ha.d/haresources.
I had
IPaddr2::41.203.4.5/27/eth0/255.255.255.224
as opposed to
IPaddr2::41.203.4.5/27/eth0/41.203.4.31
I.e. Broadcast
Working now,
