Nope.

But I think I'm on to something.

I upgraded these machines from el5.4 to 5.5 recently--there's been an  
update to the bnx2 driver.

It goes to say, I'm not a fan of the bnx2.

I downgraded to the previous kernel version, and the ping-pong stopped  
happening.

I'm still seeing very strange behavior from Windows 7 clients though.  
I may have to stop using DR actually...
