How can UDP packets work in LVS?

Hi,
I have some questions:
1.Till now, How many protocols are really supported in our LVS? What are they?
2.How can a UDP packet work in LVS if it  need some information of some last 
UDP packets which have  been dispatched to another real server?(Also some TCP 
packets may need the same requirement,such as FTP,I think)
