Hello,
  LVS directs connections at the connection level.  Apache name-based
virtual hosting is done by looking at the HTTP 1.1 headers, which are
application layer.  In order to direct connections according to domain
name, lvs would have to be aware of the contents of the connection,
which it's not.
  You can, though, have multiple domains on the same real server.  You can
balance one domain across several real servers as well, provided you have
some way to maintain state information.
