I am seeing this too. I get 300Mbps of ACKs on lo0 on the backup
realserver+director

I noticed it doesn't happen on my debian lenny machines (older bnx2
driver) but it does happen on my ubuntu lucid machines.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix that isn't "running old
kernels" :)
