ip_masq_ftp module unresolved symbols

After doing the 2.0.36 patch, I find that the
module ip_masq_ftp will no longer load. It has
unresolved symbols 

/lib/modules/2.0.36/ipv4/ip_masq_ftp.o: unresolved symbol ip_masq_new_misc
/lib/modules/2.0.36/ipv4/ip_masq_ftp.o: unresolved symbol ip_masq_in_get_2

these are LVS specific symbols (couldn't find any references
to them in dejanews :-(, took a little while before I figured
out what was going on).

Does anyone else get the ip_masq_ftp module to load
with 2.0.36?
