problem vpn cluster

Is it possible to do the folliwing picture shows:

?

i want to split the vpn-sream into vpn-tunnels.
so every ipsec-box has to unscramble some traffic.
but the vpn-boxes have to look like one IP from client site.
so the back-way from server to client has to realize vie the same vpn
box.
is the right lvs able to keep the vpn in mind, that has send a packet to
the server?
has somebody realised the same cluster?
