Hello All,
We are currently using vrrpd
(http://w3.arobas.net/~jetienne/vrrpd/index.html) and we are quite happy
for the redundant dns infrastructure.
We wonder why there is not vrrp by default in LVS instead of the multiple
ARP tricks. The main avantage of VRRP is the virtual mac is not changing
during switch. So the switching is really smoothless...
The vrrpd daemon can't handle multiple monitored circuit (quite useful for
firewall HA) to not have asymmetric routing between the two.
So my question is more : "Is there anybody doing enhancement of vrrpd ?"
