Apoligies, I misread your question. I believe you are refering
to the scripts written by Joseph Mack. They are available
from the software page, I'm not sure why they aren't in your
ipvs directory. Try:
http://vergenet.net/ipvs/Joseph.Mack/configure-lvs_0.8.tar.gz or another
mirror.
