It's kapm-idled! I can bury my worries:-)

PID USER PRI NI SIZE SWAP RSS SHARE STAT LIB %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND
    3 root 16 0 0 0 0 0 SW 0 54.5 0.0 21873m
kapm-idled

I just started setiathome to see where system usage goes, and here are
the result:

procs memory swap io system cpu
r b w swpd free buff cache si so bi bo in cs us sy id
 2 0 0 43496 3288 177508 38796 0 0 0 17 470 95 98 2 0
 1 0 0 43496 3288 177508 38796 0 0 0 0 671 84 98 2 0
 1 0 0 43496 3288 177508 38796 0 0 0 17 1188 97 93 7 0
 1 0 0 43496 4300 177512 38796 0 0 0 80 733 99 95 5 0
 2 0 0 43496 4312 177512 38796 0 0 0 0 638 91 96 4 0

Oh boy, I can't believe how blind I was.

Thanks Julian,
