about persistence timeout problem

Hello, all.

I have set the persistence timeout with 30s like this.

ipvsadm -A -t 211.1.1.1:80 -p 30

after I connected,I confirmed like this(ipvsadm -Lc) 

TCP 00:30.00 NONE        211.1.1.2:0     211.1.1.1:http 192.168.1.3:http
TCP 02:00.00 TIME_WAIT   211.1.1.2:40929 211.1.1.1:http 192.168.1.3:http

But after 30s the timeout counts again like this.

TCP 02:00.00 NONE        211.1.1.2:0     211.1.1.1:http 192.168.1.3:http
  ~~~~~~~~~~
TCP 01:30.00 TIME_WAIT   211.1.1.2:40952 211.1.1.1:http 192.168.1.3:http


What's the matter and how can I unsderstand this 2 minute again?
