how to make director schedule by IP

hi,
    I am fresh in LVS.I want to make all tcp and udp packets from one IP be 
scheduled to     
the same realserver .I know that all tcp connections from one IP are scheduled 
to the same server and udp packets are scheduled to the same one in a period 
time(default : 5 min).But how to make both them to the same IP.
