Hi Jason,
That is just what I was looking for. We are running the e1000 with 4 port
intel nic. No worries on the hardware.
I will check out your suggestions and let you know what I end up using.
You mention the NIC changes as well as a good nic. In your research how
much more performance did the ring buffer change and interrupt change have?
Any suggestions on what you use to load test your new configurations?
