Wensong,
  Looking at your setup I only see the ip takeover on eth0 side but not on
the eth1 side.
  I have a configuration where my Linux has 2 interfaces : eth0 is the front
end interface
  to webclients, eth1 is the backend to the Real servers(NT). Does the
Secondary need also take over the IP address of the Primary 's
backend(eth1). If not , how does the Real server,
 Window's NT, know how to route the packet to Secondary if Primary is down.
