vs setup

   hi guys
after all the day of yesterday I tried to set up vs using tunneling
this morning I decided to try NAT
same result:
on the real servers I have all connections in SYN_RCVD
 which I understand that the packets  are arriving on the real servers but
they don't find their way back :-)

could someone send a WORKING configuration ?
