        If default masq debug level 0 (/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_masq_debug)
is used only the fatal errors are displayed.

        If you enable CONFIG_IP_MASQ_DEBUG you can see what is wrong.
Checksum problems are reported if definition exists.
