ARP BUG .... LO:0 doesnt ARP !

Hi !

Could someone explain this ?

In kernnel 2.2.1x, with a virtual interface on LO, if you set a netmask of
255.255.255.255 on LO:0, it no longer ARP !

Would that solve the bug for DR ???
