Reg. configuring heartbeat

Hi,

I have a small doubt. It may look very silly...
1.Do we need to istall the rpm file "heartbeat-0.4.1-3.i386"
in both the routers(linuxha1 and linuxha2) OR will it be suffice
if I run it in the linuxha1machine.

I am actually using redhat 6.1 distro. The problem is mouse is
not getting detected by kudzu in my linuxha2.
As there were  no hot keys to open filemanager,
I could not install the the above rpm in this machine(linuxha2 or
director2).
