load balancer server eth0 IP is 216.99.99.12
VIP in the load balaner is 216.99.99.13
The bsd machines (real servers) are: 216.99.99.14, 216.99.99.15.
216.99.99.9 is a Linux machine which is working fine using the redirect
approach.
The 216.99.99.2 that you saw in the last email was a type, it should be
this:
ld1:~# ipvsadm -L -n
IP Virtual Server version 0.9.8 (size=8192)
Prot LocalAddress:Port Scheduler Flags
-> RemoteAddress:Port Forward Weight ActiveConn InActConn
TCP 216.99.99.13:25 wlc
-> 216.99.99.9:25 Route 5 0 0
-> 216.99.99.15:25 Route 1 0 0
-> 216.99.99.14:25 Route 1 0 0
14 and 15 above are the bsd boxes.
