lvs and Realnetworks g2 server

I setup lvs and had no problem getting several webservers (port 80) to
cluster. But when I tried to do the same with realnetworks g2 server I
could not get it to accept the connection (tcp port 7070). A telnet to
port 7070 on the VIP yeilds a connection refused. while telnet to the
real server ip yeilds a "connect" (it also serves video and audio if you
use the proper client). What am I missing?
