I'm not sure what you mean by this? The obvious disadvantages (at least at
this point in time) I see are:
1. Incomplete documentation
2. Lack of a central site to obtain all the pieces from
3. To many pieces that do similar things as a different package,
but not all.

I understand that. I want to know if these are the only components necessary
for LVS-HA *NOT* using pirahna or UM.

Yes, and some of what exists there is very useful, other things are quite
outdated, and there is much that is missing all together. Additionally, I
have been in contact with Joseph Mack, and he and I are working on figuring
out what needs to be done, and who's going to do it :)
