Personally I think that you should use python or perl to do this. Here is my
reasoning behind it.

1. Perl and Python ships with most distros.
2. I would actually prefer PHP but it is a add on to
apache and not installed by default.
3. Same goes for java serverlets and such
it is not part of a standard install.

My personal favorite is python since it is the most maintainable code. Perl
is very powerful but not nearly as clean and maintainable and understandable
as Python.

I do not wish to start a language flame war over this, but I think that all
of the
above statements are valid.

I am trying to develop a web-base interface to replace the Piranha. That's
my school project.
The following is my question,
1....which kernal and LVS version are stable to use?
2....which program language shouold I use? JAVA, JSP , PHP or what else?
3....what kind of books should I read?

I am pretty new about linux. But I do like the it.
I will be very appreciated in your kind help and time.

Eric
