The best to do is to develop an LVS module for an existing admin tool, like
these ones :

admining UNIX systems
http://www.webmin.com/ : web based tools for configuring and admining UNIX
systems
There are others, maybe some of them already have a module for LVS...
This way, your project will be highly used ;-)
