Coda doesnt have quota implemented yet:( so i dont suppose it could be
used for mail or ftp or any write access since someone might well
misuse it.Thought i would let you know since i implemented it with lvs via
DR with failover and all and had to scrap it:(.
Some questions on raid and nbd?
1)if i use raid 5 with 4 devices one of which is a nbd device and the net
to the nbd goes down what happens?Will reconstruction start on the spare
4th disk?
2)Can we use nbd with raid 5:)?
3)what happens if while reconstruction is on the net to the nbd comes up?
4)If i have a nbd over a 100mbps ethernet link would the system be stable?
has anyone tried this out?
5)Can i use raid as a replacement for coda or nfs?for a mailserver?
