little error from heartbeat

I just wanted to report this little error I see from heartbeat, although I
can't see the effects of this error.  Heartbeat seems to work fine.

Sep 25 16:23:21 ld1 heartbeat[13553]: ERROR: TTY write timeout on [/dev/ttyS0] 
(no connection?)

Should I be concerned?
