I am setting up 3 linux boxes using LVS direct route using one in these 3 as a LVS-router. There is a problem with sendmail. When there is a mail comming to sendmail. It will try to connect back to ident daemon of sender binding with LVS IP. It will hang-up for a while because real node in the back can not connect to remote host via dummy interface. I solved this by disable this feature but this seems too risk. Is there anyways else to solve this problem? Somsak |
