Subject: | ip_masq_ftp in not in kernel in 2.2.19 |

I tried building as much as I could into the 1.0.7-2.2.19 kernel. There isn't a switch for ip_masq_ftp, and it turns up as a module. There's no IP_MASQ_FTP entry in .config either Is this how it is or did I miss something? How do I get ip_masq_ftp into the kernel?
