another way of doing this would be to make another rc.lvs file
with the new configuration (possibly with CLEAR_IPVS_TABLES=N).
When you're ready to remove the old service, run the new rc.lvs
on the director. This will re-HUP mond. Make sure you have
$rc_mon_home set correctly. YOu don't need to re-run the rc.lvs on the 
real-servers as all that happens there is the networks are
setup.
