I have a complex problem. I have setup nat before and have been very happy. However I am now trying to get the following configuration to work (with no success)

2 servers both running redhat 6.2 with all the latest patches. Both servers are going to act as lvs load balancers and as real servers for apache. I am running kernel 2.2.19 with the latest patch. Also I have followed all the instructions for direct routing (I was told this is the only way to do this setup) from http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org/VS-DRouting.html w/ hidden device. And so far I haven't been able to track why my requests to the server just seem to disappear ( ping to the virtual address doesn't even work ). As a note I have setup lo:0 according to those instructions on both servers with no luck as well. And if it makes any difference I am using the pulse daemon that comes from redhat.

Has anybody ever done this or have some points on where to look. Thanks in advance for you help
