Come to think of it, this isn't even necessarily something that needs
to run inside of LVS. It could run outside and just monitor the load of
each machine, and then execute ipvsadm updates to change the weight of
each server as load fluctuates. Similar to ldirectord or mon except
those are actually removing or adding servers with ipvsadm.
