This result is not good.

The setup looks correct. Can you compile LVS in the kernel (if
it is not already done) and to send us a ksymoops output of the kernel
crash. What part of the netfilter support you use? iptables, ipchains,
etc. Of course, you can upgrade to 2.4.6 too. How looks your .config?
