The Readme says...
you have to rebuild the kernel with Netfilter support.
It doesn't mention anything about configuring LVS when making menuconfig.
Just a comment that comes to my mind now...
I had the same problem when i was compiling... but i didn't realize this.

I ended up using 2.4.5 and the respective patch...
And it did show up at menuconfig when configuring the kernel.
