Hi Vinod,

        patching the kernel is a normal maintenance activity that we
expect people to be able to handle themselves. The HOWTO has information
specific to the LVS project, but you are expected to know the rest. If
you're having difficulty patching the kernel, you will probably find the
rest of the HOWTO doesn't make much sense.

and then go lookup some sysadmin type books, and then come back and try to
set up an LVS
