        What does your setup look like topology wise? If your LVS isn't on a
switch but on a hub, that could explain why your RS's are getting so
much broadcast traffic.
        As to your ISP, did you mean "My ISP is seeing a ton of broadcast
(typically x.x.x.255) from my servers" or "My ISP is seeing a ton of
traffic from my servers"... The latter what you want, but if the former,
then do you have a firewall that you can post some of its logs to us?
