Mailing list backlog...

Hi all,

as luck would have it, the server hosting the mailing list died on Friday,
while I was in Ottawa and couldn't jump to fix it. (The CPU failed, as far as
I can tell)

It is now back online, and "happily" churning out mail as fast as it can, so
everything should be fine again soon I hope.
