It mainly fixes the many bugs reported in v0.8 (released in April)
-thanks everyone for the feedback.
There is a minor change in the format of the conf file
(now called format 1.1), which the conf file will let
you know about when you run it on your old conf files.
I recommend everyone using the configure script to upgrade.
