The "SIOCDELRT: No such process" error message is normally generated when you
try to delete a route which doesn't exist of is no longer there. I am not
sure whether or not the "SIOCDELRT: No such process" error would actually be
generated as a result of all of your IPTABLES/IPCHAINS being removed, but
certainly it sounds like a request to delete a non-existent route was made.
