Hi, I've installed lvs and everything seems to be working. I'm now
looking into getting heartbeat-ldirectord working. I've installed the
heartbeat-ldirectord rpm and related rpms. I've tried to start the
ldirector but it seems that it needs a lot of different perl modules.
I've read somewhere (which I cannot find now) that I don't have to
install all the perl modules but it doesn't say how and I cant seem to
find any references to it. Can someone direct me to some documentation
or tell me how that can be done.

I also read that for real-server fail-overs I can use heartbeat with mon
to detecte service failures. What's the difference between using
ldirectord and mon? Which one is recommended? TIA

lco
