weird ...
as i said now it works ...
ssh / httpd too !
but this set up is in two separate subnets in the same datacenter ...

now i'm trying with another network in a different datacenter ... tcpdump on 
that (far) RS shows nothing ...it'an SMP 2.4.4ac3 ...

fx0 is 2.4.12ac3 .. maybe that 2.4.4 is funky since birth !

BTW :
   ip route get to 212.43.218.154 from 193.252.175.157 iif tunl0
i really hope that it's not because of this command that cfx5 -> fx0 works !! 
as you can imagine i wont be able to do that for every client connection ! :)

cfx5.tgv.net is the director in datacenter A network 1
fx0.tgv.net is a RS in datacenter A network 2
ls04.tgv.net is a RS in datacenter B network 3
193.252.175.157 is our office's router ... so my CIP
