No. But, ipvsadm on kernel 2.4 can list a service only by
        ipvsadm -L [-n] -t|u|f service-address

I wonder if it is necessary to list each service in ascending/descending
order, although it is do-able. In most applications, there are few virtual
services at a load balancer.
