You have to add DIP different from VIP because the real
server will drop the IPIP packets with saddr=VIP and daddr=RIP. As
result "ip route get RIP" should return DIP (not VIP) as preferred
source. This is easily achieved by adding the DIP before VIP.

Also, it is recommended to set {all,DEV}/hidden to 1
in the real server even for LVS-TUN, no matter it is on the same LAN
as the director or on remote medium because the real server's
gateway can be confused from the ARP probe "who-has GWIP tell VIP"
depending on the routing setup.
