LVS persistent connection question

I noticed the persistent connection is using
<protocol, sip, sport, vip,vport, rip, rport>.
My question is:  for some services using
both TCP and UDP, would that have opportunities
to send TCP and UDP requests to different real
servers from the same source?  If so, how could
I resolve that?
