If I use kernel prior to 2.2 I can setup VIP to lo or dummy0 and I've not need of an extra NIC nor kernel patches... For 2.2+ I need specific kind of ARP control and so I'm using 2 NIC on realsevers as explained in the HOW-TO... Jean Paul |
