patch comments/docs

Hi.

Where can I get some docs describing what exactly the patch (for example 1.0.8 
for 2.2)
is adding/changing with my kernel? I've read HOWTOs and some other stuff  on 
the LVS
site (including "LVS Trivia" - have some points ;) ) but couldn't find 
anything. Did I missed
something?
