errr... or course, looking at the patch would tell what "exactly the
patch is adding/changing" in the kernel, but methinks you seek more of a
summary, no?
The changelog for 2.2 based code, is at
http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org/software/ChangeLog and the changelog
for the 2.4 based code is at
http://www.linuxvirtualserver.org/software/kernel-2.4/ChangeLog, both of
which give the histories of what's changed in the code since 1998. Is
that what you're looking for?
